As a contributing editor for "HYIP Consultant.com"I was asked to take a hard look to try and ascertain the inquiry "Is Just Been Paid A Scam??". HYIP's in almost any flavor favor it to be some kind of Ponzi scheme 99% of which never last and so I thought this would be a quick project.
